12 Hour State Mandated Drinking Driver Class
This class is for those that were arrested for an OWI over the age of 18. Class is designed to help each person reduce risk for any type of alcohol or drug problem by helping them understand and accept the need to make necessary changes to reduce the risk for future problems. The class meets state requirements under sections 321J.2 and 321J.17, Subsection 2.
Logistics
Classes are 12 hours in total and split across three days. Evening classes are typically held on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 5-9 PM during the second week of the month at our office. Please be prepared to bring your OWI Case Number. See Class Schedule below.
SIGN-UP
Please call our office at 712-277-2007 or fill out the Enrollment Form below to register. You will then be emailed an invoice via PayPal with the option to pay a deposit or the full class fee to hold your spot in the class of your choice. Registration does not guarantee your spot in class, only prepayment, in full, locks in your spot.
payment
Class cost is $180. Payment is due prior to the beginning of class starting and can be mailed to our office in the form of a Cashier's Check or Money Order. Invoices for electronic payment are sent via email through PayPal. We do not accept personal checks.
The fee includes the required manual and electronic notification to the Iowa Department of Transportation.
Participants must register and pay for the class in advance. Fees are non-refundable.
